My neighbour has just claimed on the Warm front Grant to have central heating installed free of charge, and she said the guy told her that in a few months time they will be able to offer double glazing too, for those on qualifying benefits.
Sice I'm on DLA - and my double glazing needs replacing - I'd be interested to know if this is true.
Anyone know??
