Well, mine was due on January 14th.
I've had to chase them in January and February and March so far...
Each time I've been on a promise.
This time "within 7 to 10 days" it will hit my bank account plus a discretionary payment I asked for for wasting my time and delaying (got £5).

I'm just hoping that next January they don't try the "your last payment was March" routine.
It's a shame as their customer services have always been spot on in the past.
(After badgering last December I got £22 quid back over their unpublished price rises.)
