Question for E-on reps

E-on reps.

Could you please tell me what the new price per KWH for the Heatwise tariff in the East Mids area (Nottingham) will be please. I have managed to find out the changes to the standard tariff, but not this.

Thanks.

    Hi storminbalder

Not been briefed on the new Heatwise prices yet.

Have just called the people doing the price changes. They are going to send me the information. :)

Once I have it I will post it on this thread.

First 225 kWh at 32.435p per kWh.
All remaining daytime units at 12.947p per kWh.
Night units at 4.809p per kWh.

Heatwise Standing Charge at 9.618p per day.
Heatwise primary units at 6.101p per kWh.
Heatwise units at 6.101p per kWh.
Heatwise boost units at 13.692p per kWh.

    Hope this helps.

So, a 4% cut. Not as good as i'd imagined, but thanks anyhow.

Edit. In fact I am having difficulty in finding anything that has been cut by the 9% figure that your company quoted. It certainly wasn't the standard rate as I already know the figures for that!

Your having trouble finding it too? Join the club. Eon have selectively applied their price cut in their usual arbitrary way. Im getting an 18% on my primary units, sounds fantastic until you realise only a 1% cut on secondary units. So in effect the large percentage reduction is capped to your first 900 kWhs. I would be far better off if Eon give me a straight 9% cut across the board instead of skewing cuts to suit themselves.

I have similar. 15% cut in the standing charge. Less than 1% cut in the tier 2 units.

I really thought that I was safe in thinking that if they did cut anything by the 9% it would be the standard tariff. I was wrong!
