all thanks to geordie_lass for supplying the answer ;) No idea about points tho'

The Natural Collection Multi Bags (3 in one) are down further to £1.24 if that helps anyone :) I bought the last one in one store, but saw the SEL in other stores that had had the shelves emptied.

Typical, they are still £4.xx by me. I have bought 2 of them lately. sulk sulk :p

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: The link has gone but it took me to the main page with an item about A pharmacist's guide to herpes labialis, covering the cause of infection, symptoms and how treatments work. :o:o:o

Polls, the coupon printing software puts something in your computer registry. If you run a program such as Ad-Aware it will find it and you should be able to remove it, I've found this out by accident in the past ;)

Thanks geordie_lass, but what would I be looking for? Knowing me I would delete or quarentine the wrong thing

Should be, it's just finding the GWP in store as they seem to have removed the womens one.

I think it's really mean of Mr B, after all it is Mothers Day.

Maybe I'm just being stupid, but I just thought an apology on behalf of their courier or something would have been nice.

Has anyone had this happen too? :(

    ...snipped

I've had this happen too with a Sanctuary Foaming Bath thingy, (which only ever foams during transit :D) but rather than sending it back, I carted it back into a store (not feasible in your case I'd imagine) to show a supervisor just how badly packed it was. She gave me a couple of undamaged items for free, which wasn't the point really.

I think I'd be tempted to ring again, in the hope you get through to someone more sympathetic, explain again what's happened, but throw in a question like can you return it to store, as the alternative would be to return using their returns policy which is costly to them I'd imagine. Hopefully, you might get through to someone who can at least offer an apology. hth

The same thing happened to me, I think it was deliberate. Either that or they already had their winner. I didn't even have the answers btw.:rotfl: :rotfl: Maybe it was an early april fool ;)

The very same Polls ;) It might be that they were a local reduction, but worth a look out for? I'll put the ones I got in party bags for a teen or something. Can't describe them any better, except to say they're a SUC that's pink and sparkly :D hth
