Hi all was just wondering why the word Boots is being highlighted in red in all the posts. Hope they are not going to use this to highlight glitches in someway.
I think it's because, you've searched for this forum using "boots" When you do that the word you've searched on is highlighted in red on all the posts (did it myself a while back and took me ages to work out what had happened :rotfl:)

Did you do a search on the word 'Boots' perhaps? I find when I search for something specific, it brings up the searched word in red. hth xx

Got another line lift voucher but not the others I was after, think I will have to try boots in town later in the week, found the reduced stuff loads No7 foundations, day & night creams, toothbrushes, them intimate massage thingys couldnt check the price as a couple were having a good giggle over them, he was filling his basket up with expert shaving gel which was red to 61p grabbed a couple myself checked my dads card in acm there was vouchers for 100pts on expert range printed 3 off then went to find the couple to tell them to check acm they were over the moon & hopfooted it to acm, my good deed for the day. Only spent £1.83 couldnt be bothered to make it up to £5 got 300pts back. Could have grabbed some more but wanted to give others a chance

i'm just looking through my receipts from yesterday, where I got a few items of clothes. Receipts reads as follows:

Monster top and Jeans was 14.00 now 7.00
    Saving 7.00

Apple Sweat Top was 12.00 now 6.00
    Saving 6.00

Polo Shirt was 6.00 now 3.00
    Saving 3.00

    Total £16.00

    Save Percent Coupon -£6.40

    Total To Pay £9.60

    Total Saving today £22.40

I used to 20% coupon from the back of Baby&You, so by the looks of it, the discount is taken from the full price of the items, before the half price reductions kick in, IYSWIM?

does anyone know of any vouchers e.g. £5 off, 500 points etc. that i could use because im going to spend nearly £20 on a pair of curlers in boots
    thankyou
  • I have the Clinique one. It is twice the size of No 7 one, but less than twice as expensive, so it works out a little bit cheaper ( but not massively so)

I love it - it is quite sheer, which allows you to build up the colour if you want to, or leave it sheer. The range of colours is very spring like - I have the peachy blush. It lasts a long while - there is always still a bit of colour left at the end of the day.

Haven't tried the No 7 so can't comment on that one

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my query I will take a look on Wednesday in Boots when I am in town. I always used to like Clinique.

A bit off topic but last week I received a loyalty card from Harrods who are now giving 1 point for every £1 you spend there. I wonder if there will now be a forum for Harrods to highlight the bargains and glitches!!!
