wow great, I'm off to Tesco (via Boots of course!!)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

  • I am looking for a cream stick blusher. I used to love the Chanel one but it was discontinued a long time ago and although I stocked up on it my supplies are finished. I see that No7 do a one and also Clinique and I wondered if anyone had used either and what their opinions are off them please?
I have the Clinique one. It is twice the size of No 7 one, but less than twice as expensive, so it works out a little bit cheaper ( but not massively so)

I love it - it is quite sheer, which allows you to build up the colour if you want to, or leave it sheer. The range of colours is very spring like - I have the peachy blush. It lasts a long while - there is always still a bit of colour left at the end of the day.

Haven't tried the No 7 so can't comment on that one

Am off to a shopping centre today, could go to The Chimes or Westfield, maybe The Harlequin.
Any one know where the clearance stuff is in the Boots stores.
I know only Westfield has SS tills, but as I haven't had the Line lift voucher yet, I may not need one. ;)
In fact , not sure I need any goodies from Boots....
But can't resist having a look see. :D
Harlequin clearance, go in via the ground floor, head to the escalators on the right, go up the escalators, then half way up, look down and to your left, that's where the clearance is :rotfl:I always forget and have to go back down again :o. Luckily for you there might still be a perfume clearance at the top of the escalators (was there a week ago). Verruca Salt however, reported that clearance was a bit pants yesterday.icon9.gif But they do have load of the putting sets :j

Westfield has the best ss tills I've seen, the space for them is so narrow there's not much room for an SA to hover, so the middle of the row is fab ;). But I've never seen a clearance stand there. They sometimes have the usual No. 7 reductions. Also not seen many reduced sels when everywhere else had them.
Westfield also has the higher London prices for everything icon9.gif. But the centre is great for a day out. I like going to the designer shops and making the security guards all twitchy :rotfl:
The best tea shop is Butlers downstairs, proper leaf tea in a pot, yummy cakes and a free choccie with your tea!
Have a lovely day out and a great hol!

Edit - thanks ettenna for the easter egg info - just ordered some for [STRIKE]me[/STRIKE] the kids ;)
  • Morning all. I now have the line lift voucher, and the humiliating voucher. Does anyone have any thoughts on a combination with these please. I have been away for the weekend so didn't have to get withdrawal symptoms. Did spend most of my points on treating us all to a meal deal on the beach. Lovely weather too.
