Did my first bootsing trip for a while today and had a very grumpy SA :mad:

This is what happened

• No 7 Hand cream £5 using perkie
• Free Highlights powder with machine print out (it beeped but she put it through manually)
• N07 lipstick (trying to get the 342 to kick in)
• Boots body spray £1 with coupon from Machine (it's called Hope which is my daughters name so got it for her!)
• Found a Loreal Mens grey gift bag reduced to £3.67

Unfortunately the Loreal gift bag went through as the free item which I didn't want so we had to start all over again :eek:. The grumpy SA then wouldn't even try to put 3 n07 items through as she said I already had the free highlights so couldn't do that :mad:. So I politely told her to put the lipstick back and try the bag instead but that somehow made the total go up :eek:. I got very confused so in the end just had the hand cream and highlights together for £5 along with one body spray (I wanted 2 but you can only use one voucher per transaction. Then bought the mens gift bag and another body spray in a seperate transaction. Used double points :T and got a £2 hair til split.

i got 17 makeup remover wipes £1 (reduced in west sussex shop) and free nail polish with anything 17.

i didnt use hightlighter voucher from acm as the SA tod me they havent been working.
il try it saturday in different shop.

I had a similar experience today. I only got the Hightlighter voucher from the ACM (and no mailing for well over a year now, boo hoo). Went to No7 counter and I really wanted Stay Perfect lipstick in Grace. Still marked as £9.30, so I thought I;d just double check in case they were reduced. I told the SA that 'a friend of mine' had got them reduced in another store yesterday and could she check for me. And guess what they were, down to half price £4.65. ! The SA said that they shouldn't be, and 'when did my friend buy them'. She thought it was an error, as they weren't half price yesterday, only today and a similar thing had happened to a few of the creams that were full price, then for a few days half price and have now gone back up to full price. I asked whether they were being rebranded but she said no, and that the lipsticks might be full price again tomorrow. So I promptly picked up the last 3 of Grace colour from the display and asked No7 SA if I could the Hightlighter voucher with them. She said she wasn't sure if they'd work but she'd give it a go. She tried but till beeped but she very kindly overrode it. So I got :
3 x StayPerfect Lipsticks (reduced to £4.65 and then 3 for 2) for £9.30 and Highlighter (in pink) free !!!!! Very pleased. I got the new £2 till spit too.
So if any of you see the lipsticks reduced then grab them while you can as they may go back up again.
Went upstairs and saw that the clearance stand had reappeared with some great goodies including the Meditterean mini box and scrubs down to £1.20 to £1.80, bargain, grabbed 2 of those too. So very pleased with my haul today. This way in the Maidenhead branch. HTH someone
Anyway know what can be bought with the £2 till spit without paying too much on top ? Thanks !

The double points voucher only doubles your normal points, not any bonus points sadly.

Went to BSE today - quite a big store I suppose it's on parr with the Peterborough store really, although old.

Itsy bitsy teeny weeny clearance shelf in the corner where I found 4 of these - grabbed 2 - £2.45 each - good bargain, I thought extracts was new? Extracts Almond Travel Collection

Managed to use the last 2 perkies I had on 2 file/buffer sets (Old Packaging)Lots of the new No7 accesories, lots of the pink powder if your lucky enough to get the ACM voucher - which I did'nt. A table near the no7 stacked with about (and I kid you not) 200 packs of no7 wipes !!!! This must be the store where they go to hide :rolleyes: a box with no7 nail polishes and about 20 eye make up removers - with a sign saying use your £5 voucher and pay less than £1.90 with these items. The lip laquer was reduced to £4.** excluding tea rose (memory ??) all colours there. No7 spring palletes reduced to £5.** on the counter no lip or cheek tints to be found. No old GWP.

Honey - did look for the S&G for you - still no luck - but I do still have the one I grabbed for you the other week at Ely. Might be back there tommorow morning.

Sanctuary travel sets - sel at full price and loads there. L'oreal mens fatigue washbags - been rifled :eek: . Did'nt price check - but sel at full price still £18.** and 2 left, although battered looking.

So managed to get 2 shops the same :-

yay another west sussex booster, I no longer feel so alone !!!


Slightly OT but just phoned CS re my reaction to botanics face mask, they have logged it on computer system and gave me 1000 points to spend ... hopefully find some face cream to re quench my now very dry tight skin !!

Going to spend my last 4 perkies tomorrow, hopefully get something good and some nice vouchers from acm.
