Free Conference for Geography and PGCE Students

All full time and PGCE students are entitled to free registration for the Geographical Association Annual Conference which takes place from 16-18 April 2009 at the University of Manchester. This includes:

- Lectures from subject specialists
- Hands-on workshops for all phases
- Teacher-to-Teacher sessions
- The UK's largest exhibition of geographical resources
- Day-time receptions
- Chance to network with other students, trainees and teachers

With 100+ sessions on the programme there's something for everyone, whether you're a geography student or a trainee teacher, and both primary and secondary are well catered for. There are no hidden catches - all this really is free!

The deadline for registrations is 23 March but we'll accept late forms from MSE Forum users!

Free registration is available to all full-time and PGCE students. Please attach proof of your student status, e.g. photocopy of your NUS card, with your completed booking form. Bookings cannot be processed without this proof. Please note: student registration does not include lunch, however there are several outlets situated close to the Renold Building where you can purchase hot and cold food.
