Can anyone recommend underfloor heating?

Options
Hi.

We're in the process of redoing our bathroom and would like underfloor heating.
Our bathroom is tiny. About 1.85m x 1.65m. The actual floor area to heat is about 1.25m square.

Have looked and there seem to be absolutely loads of electric mats but B & Q had a kit that connects up to your central heating and uses that to heat them.(Overlay Floor Heating System from freeyourwalls.com)They had special boards with grooves in for the pipes to go down and then you laid your tiles straight on top of the board.

The cost seems to be pretty much the same between the two. Can anyone suggest which is the best from their experience? Wet or electric? What about running costs?

Thanks in advance.
