British gas pestering

I just got my once a month pestering call , "you used to be a gas customer" ME "no" BG "you used to be a gas customer" to which I explained that I had boiler cover with them , then he tries t sell me British Gas andits cheaper than anything I could possibly have , so I told him I had just swapped after a comparison and he says the comparison sites get a comission so it isnt accurate???? Surely this isnt right?? I asked to be taken off their pestering list as it is gettng on my nerves now.
