There have been loads of threads in the past about flights to India. Have a look. Also what would you define as cheap? I.e. what is your price range? For how many people? How long for?

Also, by the way its Mumbai.

Well, there's 2 people going, and the cheapest I've found so far is £383 incl taxes.

If we can get it any cheaper, that would be great!
  • Try expedia they have flights with Gulf Air (November) for £304.10 via Bahrain or Muscat.

Air India is really good. https://www.airindia.com

I often fly them to NYC as they stop over at LHR and they are always cheap. And, I also fly the other way to Bombay to regularly see friends. I normally fly to NYC for about £160-200 and the other way for about £270-300.

Lots of leg room, really pleasant stewards and good food! hehe

Listen mates.. the guy needs some help.

Try Southall travels , they are the best , I could get direct one to Delhi for just 327 £, and now I am heading to Delhi again for 335 £ direct by Sahara/Jet airways. Dont go for the hopping flights as they could be torture not only in the journey , but also , if your flight hopped through Dubai, the indian custom officers will love to see what you are carrying with you. The customs can vary with the sector concerned, and the middle east sector is very closely scrutinised.

Their geographical number is 02085748410 courtesy saynoto0870.com

Secret : you can haggle on even further. I could get 15 pounds off my last ticket. Just tell the guy , that you are very short of money and that the rate is not good enough. And then say that you are not convinced, give him ur mobile number and tell him to talk to his managers and give you a call back as you are not happy with the offer. This will save you some more money.

Air India is crap. Why dont u visit https://www.airequality.com and see the really best airlines. My personal opinion go by BA. I have tried virgin and its sh1te.

    Cheers
