I've never been to an ikea.... i think it would be fatal!

i seem to be drawn to kitchen-ey things, and have more tea towels than a person who doesn't even dry her dishes should ever need... but i can't resist things like that...

i have a new tea/coffee/sugar thing last month, it brings me great joy! and we don't even drink tea or coffee at home!! and seldom use the sugar now.
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

you need to go to www.biggestloser.com (BEWARE OF SPOILERS ALERT FOR SAMMY AND SALLY!!) and check which series you are watching, as we are now on series 7 in the US, which is the one we are all hooked on just now... but i think you might be watching series 5 on Sky2... which is good as well....... details of all the series 1-7 contestants are on the website.

Once you know which series you are on you need to download episodes from a filesharing website... we use mininova... seems to take forever to download but it's worth it!

Then you can watch them on your pc or transfer to DVD...

Thanks Maz - will add that to my 'to do' list...

Im like Daphne D at the moment with Kitchen storage...in fact any storage. Which is why I try and stay away from Ikea as I would spend a fortune and then feel guilty and want to take it back

What sort of tea/coffee thing is it? Sound a bit like me when I bought a all singing all dancing Krups coffee machine and I don't even drink dam coffee :rotfl:

Curses Freeview! This Biggest Loser thing looks really good, but no Sky 2 and downloading from t'internet is pushing us over our GB limit! Might just use the website to catch up instead!

There was a prog on over New Year from USA called 'Fat March USA' - did anyone see that? Some did really well in walking their way to losing weight - very interesting!

I could open the door but then I would be cold....:rotfl: actually I have moved now benefits of having a laptop...

My CD lady who lives round the corner has converted her garage properly into a room with windows, doors and heating and everything...I am thinking of doing that. At the moment its just half the garage converted into a study - its okay, but I need to see the outside really:rolleyes:

Walking is a great way to lose weight - becuase it burns loads of fat, but doesnt burn so much glycogen so you dont get that 'hungriness' that you get with cardio exercise so you can do it and still diet effectively, plus it puts way less stress on your joints than other forms of exercise...similar things include yoga (gentle forms) and stuff like Salsa dancing :D
