But how do I get different peoples quotes on my single post Huh?

If it is a blank post you are starting, click on Advanced. That brings up all the thread from that page. Copy and paste the bits of the other people's quotes into your post and put the quote=user name bit and then [/quote] around each bit depending on the person ie

I've never been to an ikea.... i think it would be fatal!

i seem to be drawn to kitchen-ey things, and have more tea towels than a person who doesn't even dry her dishes should ever need... but i can't resist things like that...

i have a new tea/coffee/sugar thing last month, it brings me great joy! and we don't even drink tea or coffee at home!! and seldom use the sugar now.

I love Ikea, just had one open up in our town which is great. I too love all things kitcheny and can never have too many dishes or implements! You should go maz.

Hey Gemmzie, what did you spill on the carpet? Whatever it is, I bet it'll come off.

Unless it's blood orange flavoured vodka which I once spilt on my friend's cream living room carpet.. that stayed very pink... :o

Orange juice on a cream carpet... it's fine...it matches the foundation :rolleyes:

Had painkillers AND food, also good.

Yes you can claim on house Insurance ( Claim 'properly' iykwim, you have paid for it), the renew with someone else with Cashback......Simples, eeek!

What do you mean its your responsibility! You didnt do it on purpose.

    One last thing.......big hug xxxx

Parents, because I'm stuck in the house otherwise and have things to do. Carpet wasn't that expensive and excess is £75 - plus, it's not my house so I feel bad. It's mine because I'm the klutz and I bought it originally.

    Thanks :)

well, that's OH on his way to Kent via Portsmouth to pick up his DS. I keep trying to tell him that he can't get the lad to learn parrot fashion answers to questions he doesn't even know that will come up because the chances are he will forget and what if something else comes up and he panics because he doesn't have a 'learnt' answer?. Unfortunately, OH is in 'wanting to do it for him' mode and has spent days researching the organisation on his behalf, getting him his paperwork together and basically 'telling' him what he will need to say. I'm all for advising and guiding the lad but at the end of the day, putting him under the added pressure of telling him what he should be doing isn't good.

OH is going to be calling me at some point later (much later I'd predict) as he isn't happy with the amount DS wants to say to any question about 'why did you apply here'......he feels he should have 3 minutes worth, even though I've said you can't time an answer to a question you haven't even heard....better not drink much then as he wants me to come up with an expanded answer for him......
