Access to new house before completion

We've just had an offer accepted on a house that needs both a bit of building work (just knocking a few walls down) and a complete central heating installation, and would like to get someone in to do these as soon as we complete. My question is, can we get access to the property in the meantime to get a few people in to give us quotes?
A bit a of a simple question, but I'm very green at doing this
Any help much appreciated.

I would have thought this depends on the seller. We got in to our last house before completion. Just by about four days. It was an empty property and the guy didn't mind us going in to do a bit of painting etc. It was a great help at the time.0

Ask the seller. If you want access just for quotes, shouldn't be a problem.0

That sounds promising, thank you. It's a probate sale so the property is vacant.0

In that case, ask the agent first.0
