my local bank of scotland cancelled my overdraft

Well I don't expect i can do much about it but i just thought i would tell some people. I have a £500 overdraft on my student account and for the 3 years ive had it i've almost never been overdrawn. However , i lost my job and i'm no longer studying so ive had to live off of it for a while. So when i'm in the most need and with -£400 balance in the account, they have decided that i am no longer suitable for the account or the overdraft facility. So before the 1st of april I am supposed to have found £400 from somewhere. 14 days notice that it.

I'm going to amsterdam this sunday and expect peoples favourite foods etc will be a hot topic
Thats another reason why i hate my bank right now. If i had proper notice maybe i wouldnt have booked a trip to amsterdam and would be in a slightly better financial position.0 -
