I have just discovered that i have had some money take from my account using a direct debit that i, personally didn't authorise!
about £350 has been spent using my card on three seperate occasions.
is there any way i can caim this money back? or does this depend on the banks policies (Lloyds TSB)

A direct debit has been set up? Or do you mean debit card transactions? If it is direct debit, cancel the direct debit and contact your bank. No matter what it is, tell your bank you didn't authorise it, and they should investigate what it is. They will also probably change your card details. Hope you get it sorted. My Wins: £150 Next giftcard. Rimmel Lip Gloss, Benefit Lipstick and lipgloss. Rimmel Day2Night mascara. Elizabeth Arden Body Treatment Cream. When you say you "personaly" did not authorise the transactions, does that mean you know who did?0 -
You need to be clear was it a "direct debit" or a "debit card", they are different.0

If it is a DD then the bank can do a direct debit indemnity reclaim. If it is a Debit Card payment the bank should have a 'card transaction dispute form' and be able to get your money back although that might take some time.0
