Netto

Hi all, Usually netto offer refunds on any items, those just unwanted or those faulty, but in a few weeks they are going to start issuing gift vouchers instead of cash for item purchased and meerly unwanted. items that are faulty can still get a full refund. Choose wisely because in future you will have a netto gift voucher instead of cash.

By law a shop doesn't have to refund an unwanted item. But those that do, do so for good customer service.
  • yeh even if you have the reciept
  • it seems they are losing quite a lot of money each month so they are looking at ways of cost cutting or at least saving some money

Well to be honest I can understand them not refunding unwanted items - and only refunding faulty items! They are still going to be giving gift vouchers/credit notes for the unwanted items so wheres the problem?

  • You shouldnt buy things on impulse. Think about it first then you wont have that problem of getting a voucher.

    Simple. !
