What to do with £20000 fo 6 months?

Options
I have a £20000 endowment maturing that will not be needed to repay the mortgage it is on for around 6 months...so my question is...what to do with it? Thought of buying premium bonds for the tiny chance of a big win, but any ideas would be appreciated!

Put it in a 6 month Fixed Rate Bond at Nationwide Building Society.

If you are a basic rate tax payer you will get 2.24% which would give you a return of £224 in six months
