Private car park tickets! Help

Ill keep this as short as possible.
I received a parking ticket on the 20th December when I parked at Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village. I was not parked in a bay, however I parked in front of another car next to the curb. I was not obstructing traffic, nor were there any road markings stating that I could not park there. The reason I parked there was, I could not get a space and I have been going to Cheshire Oaks for years and there are always cars parked there.
I appealed against the ticket on the 23rd December (proof of postage) and have today received a letter dated the 17th March, saying my appeal has been unsuccessful.
They state on their ticket that you should allow 28days for a response, which they have clearly gone beyond. They also got the colour of my wrong and misspelt the make of vehicle, if they get any details wrong on the ticket this voids it straight away?
Any help regarding the above would be greatly appreciated!!!

This should properly be in the ticket forum and if you visit it you find detailed advice.
In you appeal did you admit to driving the vehicle at the time?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
