I'd just keep writing til it's done, then compare what you've got against your plan and you should be able to see the areas in which you've got to make cuts...

I'm doing my masters dissertation as I write (kind of).

how about summarising the results for the 3 surveys in a table? Or can you use bullet points?

What always works for me is cutting up the word count between the different sections then being strict with myself to make sure I don't go over on one part, and fall short on another.

Another option to cut it down might be to focus on a few of the differences (being those most closely linked to your aim / research questions & put a section in near the end on "suggestions for further research". You can then put a few lines in about the areas another researcher could delve into in more details.
