Bonus find, didn't know it was on

Harrogate. Johnny and Lindsay - couldn't wait to get there, they've moved into a rented flat.

"We wanted to rush you in here .. it's not on the market yet"

£495k 3-storey town house. Victorian, mid terrace. Smallish rear yard and garage.

No study area... it's too small.

I thought this was a new season, but the last few weeks all I've seen is 'revisits' - what happened? Was there not a new season that started in January/ Dod I just imagine it?

£585k. They hate it. It's big and old and detached with a huge garden, 2 miles out of town, but the wifey says it's suburbia and she doesn't want to live there.

Gone back into town. The road's a bit noisy (imho)

£545k 5-bed huge place, on a corner. Needs work.

"We think there's room within that to bring it down quite some bit .. but you still need to spend a fair whack on it".

She doesn't want to do the work. She would want to turn up when any work was done.

    It's a "maybe".

    5-bed period house.
Huge. Needs a lick of paint
£545k Central Harrogate. Sellers received an asking price offer within 24 hours, which they've not accepted yet.

Wifey not getting a wow factor, prefers the last one.

It seems to have a black bedroom ceiling .. odd!

Now they're going back to the one that needed the work doing, to get some quotes. This is the one on a corner, on a busy road.

Builder quotes said: £60k + VAT. Plus decoration - so about £75k.

They agree it is the right house, so it's just about price.
House is on at £545k, Krusty thinks they can get it for £520k... and called them, offering £510k, which was rejected - sellers asked for £530k. Making a final and best offer of £525k.
