A choice of two isnt a very good sample group, you really should be aiming at more brand levels.
Secondly if you deliberately choose products were the difference is more neglible you have skewed your findings
You should choose products at random and not ones more likely to catch people out.
Its scary the sort of folk they let into uni these days.0 -

If you read the OP it states they are trying to emphasise the fact that they can save money by not buying brands. This will be done by chosing the brands where the difference is skewed. They are not trying to do a random product testing.
I think the problem is a lot of students will go for the products they see in their parents store cupboards which may not be the cheaper version. This is trying to promote money saving to students via a blind tasting as far as I can see....good luck with it OP!
