Ordered goods by internet and post office tried to deliver them. I then went to the sorting office to collect it. P.O. have lost it.
Do I have to claim and re-order? or does the seller have to make claim.

Are you sure that they have lost it? When did you go & try & pick up?
They may have sent back to seller?
I think that I would get seller to refund you & him to claim back from PO.

The contract is between the sender and PO, notify the seller, it is for him to claim against PO. In the meantime, you should ask that he sends you replacement goods.0
