costa brava hotel dilemma

Hi all looking at all inclusive accom for costa brava (flying into girona). I have found a price of around £250 for San Eloy - Tossa de Mar good reviews and a price of £289 for Costa Encandata - Lloret de Mar - also very good reviews. Shuttle bus from girona through Travel Republic the same price.

Any guidance on which hotel/resort we should go for would be great

myself and hubby travelling 9-13th June (chill out break no kids). I am leaning towards San eloy as I think Tossa looks a bit more Spanishy than Lloret (fenals)

we love it at calella, santa susanna is nice...

when we went to santa susanna (about 9 years ago, beg July) it was full of germans, everything was german menus, entertainment, did have english but seemed to be mostly geared towards them, may have changed by now.

Tossa for me,much more charm,very picturesque however Lloret larger,busier has more bars,shops,etc if thats what youre after

I stayed in the Encantada in 2000, but was with a group of 10 18yr olds celebrating A Levels!!!

It was very touristy area, lots of bars, nice hotel but not Spanishy.

Beach was nice, and there is a waterpark nearby.

thanks everyone we stayed at Calella last year - Amaika and fancied a change. I did stay at Fenals many years ago about 23 but don't recall too much of that holiday! I figured if Tossa was good enough for Kylie to visit her boyfriends family it might be a nice place !!!
