Egg Credit Card

On Sunday, on the internet I did a balance transfer of £150 from my Barclaycard Visa to my Egg card. The transfer was successful and a message came up to tell me it would take up to 7 working days. On Monday, Egg tried to sell me a loan, and after working out that paying 12.2% on £1,000 would be better than paying 15.9% on the same amount, I took it. They said though that the loan would not cover my balance transfer, I gave me the loan for £1,000 (yet my card was due to have £1,150 on it). Still with me...good!...anyway my Egg card has been closed and I have a loan for £1,000, I don't know where this £150 has gone?? Can Egg send it back to Barclaycard? I'm not registered on internet at moment with Barclaycard, and it will takes days to register with the activation code thing. anyone had a similar problem? if egg have not sent £150 back, could I have just magically wiped £150 off my debt???
