Proof of No Claims Bonus greater than 5 yr

Renewing my car insurance. I have not made a claim for more than 20 years so in the comparison site I select 'No claims bonus 9 or more years'. However, in common with many insurers my current insurer only shows a maximum of 5 years. Do I have 5 or >9 yrs NCB?
I do have the renewal notices for past years.
Anybody had an experience with what must be a common occurrence?

Ring your Insurers and ask them will they issue written proof of no claims bonus of 9 + years, if they say yes then you should have no problems (Make a note of the person you speak to full name and the date / time)0
