Water stain in bath driving me crazy

Options
Hi all,

Not long ago I had my house refurbished and everything is great except for the bath. Unfortunately because of all the chaos I moved out while works was taking place, and I came home one day to find my brand new bath with a great big stain that I can't remove. The workmen had obviously not left the bath covered and let water run into it and combined with all the dust it's left an obvious stain.

I've googled solutions and thought I would try Bar keepers friend. Can anyone else advise me how to get rid of the stain? It stands out so much because everything else in my bathroom is shiny, white and sparkles. If one more friend who comes out of my bathroom asks me "Ooh what happened to your bath" I think I'll scream.

The only Flash stain remover I could find was the Mildew Stain Remover, which didn't work. Is there another kind?

I'm now a firm believer in Soda Crystals. Put a couple of scoops in the bath and fill with hot water (enough to cover the stain). Scrub it the next morning with a green kitchen scrubba thing and I reckon it should come off.

I did try Soda Crystals but didn't leave it to soak overnight. I'll try that before I go to bed. Thanks!
