Sold property price checker

A colleague has asked to find out some prices for apartments (new build) since April 2008 until as up to date as possible. I need to find both sold and current prices. Plus any movements. I know there will not be heaps of info - but any trends etc will help.

houseprices.com for sold prices.
local agents websites or rightmove / propertyfinder for current prices.

You may find that the sold prices haven't hit the house price websites. Sometimes they don't get recorded as there is no matched sale and purchase.
