My daughter bought an mp3 player off Ebay about 6-7 months ago.
It is a Philips 1gig Go Gear.
It has suddenly stopped working.....telling us there is a problem and to connect to computer, when its switched on. When we do this, it does absolutely nothing....we are not even able to format it.
Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be?
Thanks for any help!
