Virgin Media

We cancelled with virgin on 16 Feb because they couldn't offer us broadband we were on the dial up which was slow, anyway couple a weeks ago we had our bill through from them which should of been a final bill but it wasn't they are trying to charge us line rental up until middle of april, so phoned them and was told that we should phone back on 18 march to pay the final bill, but after phoning and asking to pay final bill they quoted the same amount that was on the original bill, which we disputed as they are still trying to charge us until april, then we were told that it would take another 10 days to print a final bill which would result in a £10 late payment charge and £5 to print the bill, again they were told that the £10 late fee would not be paid as it was cancelled and has been for a month.
We moved to BT on 20 Feb and the virgin media phone and dial up havent been used so there shouldn't be any phone calls etc on this bill, not sure what to do as every time we phone we get a load of excuses.
