easypass mobile!!

I applied for a phone through the easypassmobile site last year, and they got me on the 3 network, so far so good.
However, I checked the "searches" part of my credit file and found that they applied to both Orange and 3 on my behalf.
When they applied to Orange they exaggerated the length of time I lived at my current address, obv in an attempt to help me get the phone, well now it looks like I am a liar and that I have lied to get a contract, its a blot on my credit file and I am not happy!
Its laughable but they didnt lie to 3 about the length of time I lived at my address.
Orange wont remove the search even though I have explained that their approved dealer lied to them!
I gave easypassmobile correct info, now I have to suffer!

Be careful you do not end up with a CIFAS marker0

If you are using credit expert, Email them and ask them to put a note of correction on the orange search (It normally has to do with your disputing the search) And they will contact orange on your behalf. When i happened to me with freemans (A scam artist using my name) I ended up with over 4 searches. And i told credit expert and it was removed within 2 working days
