I have just had a response from M&S refusing to repay my PPI on the basis that i had a claim 18 months ago. Is there anything i can claim - i seem to recall Martin say that i may be able to reclaim 12 months if there has been a claim which will be a bonus. Can any one help?

for got to add when i took the loan i was strongly advised to take the ppi out or i wouldnt get the loan

So a claim was made then for some reasons, for example, sickness/unemployment?

We will keep this bumped up for you hun so maybe others may know how this works when reclaiming has already been made.

hi i claimed for one months unemployment - £190.00 . having paid for over 4 years and also a further 18 months.

If you have claimed then you cannot claim that the PPI was miss sold because you have had some use out of it.
