Mate, you are on to a loser here. Firstly you are talking about dollars so presumably you are not based in the UK, so that means nobody round here is going to start up a joint venture with you. Not that they would anyway.
Secondly to succeed in business you have to have an idea and spot a gap in the market eg set a taxi firm because the nearest one to the town you are in is 100 miles away. Only then do you work out how much it costs and work out how to fund it.
You don't start with a bunch of cash and expect somebody here to come up with a great business idea. If we had one we'd be doing it already.
Think what skills you've got and what skills anybody you would set up with have. That will help narrow down your search.

Chicken eggs are two-a-penny. The real market is in ducks. Dig yourself a hole (well, already done I think), then climb out (if it's not too late), flood it and install ducks. You can make a great omelette from a single duck egg.0
