Hi,
We bought a property a year ago and today was told by two neighbours that planning permission for 13 flats had been approved to be built nextdoor but one to me over 2yrs ago. When we bought the house nothing like like this was shown on the searches at all re the planning approval etc. I am pretty sure the neighbours are correct and i just wondered if i can make any issues about this and what will i get from it, not alot i suppose.

The searches won't pick up planning applications for adjacent land. The permission has been granted so, nope, there's nothing that can be done now.0
