Ryan really doesn't sleep well at all, and it is really difficult to get him to bed, but you just have to be a bit inventive, NOT just shout at him.

I knew trouble was brewing because Stu was tired, and he is a miserable b*gger when he's tired, but I shouldn't have to supervise his visits !!!!!!.

Hope he calms down soon though - Ryan was really upset about him driving off like an idiot - he thinks he's either going to die or knock someone down (I'm trying to reassure him, but it worries me too). :o

Does he calm down quickly? or is he a simmerer? DS's dad and I are both quite quick tempered but calm down quickly so I usually make myself wait for a bit before ringing him then we usually manage to settle things.
DS in huff with me tonight though and he's a grump!

QB, they've all inspired me too. If they hadnt discussed running on here, I'd probably just sit on my arriss and do nowt. Running is maybe a bit too much for me at the moment, but walking is just as good :D

walking is better for burning calories if you want to loose a bit of weight and get fit without daunting yourself running. Spud you are doing fab hun :T
