i'm not a runner, i never will be, but the talk of running has encouraged me to think about starting walking to help lose some weight. I can't do it at the moment cos i get a really bad back if i walk short distances - i have to lose some weight first:eek: and i have found reading others trials of running and walking helpful and informative.:j
