Get to know the people there...and things will seem easier once its all familiar to you,and you know their names etc..sure it'll be awkward at first, but if you talk to the girls, and remember a bit about them you can chat about what they have been up to and they'll remember and appreciate you for it....good luck!!
Went to hospital-biopsy result good. Upshot is they aren't quite sure what it was, but def not cancerous...way hey!!!!It's a good day......SRM xx
That is Fantastic News SRM, I am so happy for you. It must be such a relief, I think you need just a little celebration tonight:beer:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Afternoon
I'm in two minds what to do this evening - I REALLY want to run, and I was thinking that my 10k route will involve a mile uphill at the end, so my plan for tonight was to just run down to the bottom of the hill, and then back up it. So only 2 miles, but would give me some practice at running up the hill before I try and do it at the end of a much longer run.
But I have realised I really need some shopping urgently. I could probably call at the shop and just buy the couple of things I need for tomorrow on the way back, and then do an online shop tomorrow for the rest, but things at the local shop cost a lot more.
Or I could just forget the run, and go to Asda....

Run to Asda, load shopping onto back and run backNot as far I guess but the extra back pack load will probably burn almost as many calories
