Potterton Prima Boiler Issue - Hot Water Fine But No Heating

I came home yesterday to find that the heating wasn't coming on at all. The hot water seems fine though and the boiler fires up fine for that, just nothing is happening at all with the heating. Any ideas anyone?

Motorised valve has packed up.New head or complete valve depending on the make.

have a look this thread Potterton Suprima 120L, i had a similar problem and it turned out to be the wire for the room thermostat that was chewed through..

Hi thanks for that, yes that sounds like a possibility too. I have a mate who is an honest cash in hand sort of a Corgi guy so he will be getting a call this morning.
