    Depends what you're drilling into. If you've got rock hard 1930s bricks in your house a cheapo B&D will burn out, even if you're just drilling into the wall to put up shelves. That's what happened to me. If you've got modern bricks then anything will get through them, so you can go as cheap as you want.
