My electric meter has not moved since november!
Hi,
I switched from EDF to Scottish Power at the end of november and we last received a bill from EDF on the 18th of November.
Thinking it was odd that we've not had any correspondence i've just checked are meters and they've not moved since i last took a reading since we only moved into the house in september i've only taken one reading for the bill above.
And have just tried to call SP but there closed, does anybody know where we stand with this, when it comes to having no recorded meter use of the last 3 months?

Report as soon as you can and they'll book a call out. Normal practice, I think, is to estimate usage based on previous readings. If not available, they'll probably take a month's readings when fixed and bill using that as an average.0
