1. This prize draw is open to all registered Nectar cardholders aged 18 and over except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. Collectors will receive one entry per unique account when they sign up to receive the new Nectar Music Store Newsletter between 16th March and 6th April 2009.
3. The first prize is two VIP tickets to see Alesha Dixon in concert at the O2 in London on 15th May 2009. The second prize is an exclusive dance lesson with Alesha Dixon, to take place in London no later than 30th June 2009. The prize draw will take place on Monday 13th April 2009 and will be supervised by an independent judge. The prizewinners will be the first two names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
4. The prizewinner will be notified by email and/or telephone on Tuesday 14th April 2009. Nectar cardholders must ensure that that their contact details are updated and current prior to the draw taking place.
5. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
6. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to “Alesha Event” to the Promoter’s address below.
7. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
