how to book a viewing where there are 2 agents

There's a house which has two agents selling it. I'd like to see it this Sat.
But if one agent can't fit me in on Sat I'd like to then phone the other agent.
Would this have financial consequences for the seller if I then decided to buy the house? Two agent fees?
Thanks

Is the house empty?0

I think it's occupied but it might be empty but furnished. Being sold with no chain, and an upstairs window was open, Also the inside kitchen door to the rear "lean to" "porch" type structure was open, if the house was empty, I'd have thought that inside door would have been locked.0

i would really doubt it, only time EA get strict is when they put a board up and advertise property and then seller says 'i've found my own buyer' and refuses to pay commission.
I'd just ring your prefered choice first and go from there, if you put an offer in and if the 1st EA moans then remind them they don't have time for you.0 -
It is the first agent to introduce the buyer to the sale that gets the commission, not the first to pick up the phone and deny an appointment. If they do, use the other and don't talk to the other one again. It's not really your problem anyway as the buyer.0
