Meatball sub on hearty Italian bread with cheese, olives, gherkins and onions as a meal with a white chocolate cookie. My local Subway don't even ask me what I want any more, just offer me "the usual?" LoL

Good morning all,

It's so lovely and warm here, really dont relish being stuck in a stuffy office all day. Feeling guilty as OH was working away yesterday so I should have walked to work but I stayed in bed too long and so got a taxi instead!!!

Hope the comping gods smile on you all today.

Right I for some reason in my good mood just offered to help spring clean my friends with her (once you all get too know me you will realise how shocking this is!) So have doubled checked the neighbours will accept any parcels/deliverys etc in my abscence and am off for the day..
Im getting bored with looking up/down to spot the postman who I am sure thinks I am in love with him or something, Especialy when I fling the door open and ask "is this all you have for me today? are you sure theres nothing you have forgotten?"
Im sure he thinks im offering my self to him and Im just wainting for the nod.
anyhoo off I go with my marigolds.
hope you all have a plentiful day and the postman/woman brings lots of goodies to your door's.

anyone in here manage to get a TasteLondon card? Ross' name was on the winners list, but he hasn't received it yet when other people have, and then he gets a losing email from them He's just emailed the guy running it but it's a little worrying he got it, considering he's on the good list.. hmmpf!

They said I'll get my one month's membership next month...great, except I won't be going to London next month *sigh*

No wins for me today, but I got 6 Sim cards for some reason, so I am going to give them to the local charity shop.

Well I did it. 10k. Took 1 hour 13 mins so not fast by any means, and way off my 1 hour target, but training has not been going well recently so I am just pleased I managed the whole thing without stopping/walking. And I don't feel like I'm about to collapse and die either which means I must be getting fitter so that's a good sign. Remembered to put the water on before I left so there should be enough for me to have a lush bath too which will be nice.

Sorry you're feeling a bit rubbish Gemma - sometimes we just do (I have been like that for what feels like ages but woke up this morning in a fab mood). I hope you can shift those feelings soon. Hugs.
