    Well afternoon everyone, and how are you all?

    Thanks so much for all the messages yesterday/today wishing me luck and energy! I haven't read back properly but did notice you were thinking about me while the road race was in - you guys are so great!

    Well I did it in 1 hour 3 mins and 1 second! :):):) Not quite 1 hour but pretty damn close, and four mins quicker than last year (and actually my quickest ever). So I'm really chuffed with that.

    The last bit of the run is on cobbles and I landed funny a couple of times so my knee is killing now - but sure it'll sort itself out soon!
    Life is all about the journey.

    It was the City of Lincoln 10k - will be my 3rd year doing it I'm defintely mad.
