Afternoon all. Not had a chance to read back yet so I hope everyone is ok. Just popping in quickly, managed to get two hours to myself and I have 20 pages of comps to do!! :eek: At least the house is clean now though.

Cheeky where did you find that picture of me from. Just came in from the garden for a rest, spent an hour trying to get a plant that had grown to big for the pot ou of pot and into garden. It just wouldn't budge, made it tin end without breaking the pot. So now planted dahlia in pot now in greenhouse and all is well, kettle on for cupa.Silver Surfer, Always Smiling

Help!!!Cake gone weird?!??!?!
Just checked on cake and its had 20 mins on 190 and is golden brown on outside but seems gooey inside!?!?!?!
Can this cake be saved? xxxxx

I do mine in bottom third of oven at gm4 which is 180ish - you could cover top with greaseproof to stop it burning while you cook it for longer at a slightly lower tempHelp!!!Cake gone weird?!??!?!
