Hi lovelies, we're back from cemetry, Daffs look pretty but not the same. I couldn't work it out at all, the primroses had been pulled from the trough all 4 of them and there were just four holes in the compost left in an empty trough. I looked all around, at least if they'd just been pulled up and thrown I could have replanted them and at least kown it was just mindless idiots but they were no-where to be seen, so strange, what must have gone through someones head? DH was ok, we had a giggle on the way home, his Mum and I always had a bit of a love hate relationship, she was a very hard woman and I'm very soft (she was well known for phrases such as "christ you've got fat" and the such lol) so I said to to DH perhaps it was her and she didn't like them cos I did them hehe.

Anyway, can't dwell on it, thanks for everyone's kind words today xxx

DH spotted a pc game in the bargain bin in Tesco for £4 so I treated him (out of the pocket money he gives me lol) to cheer him up, it's got 10 pretty good games on it, bargain, lots of uninterrupted comping time for me \o/ and he's now sat with headphones on laughing out loud at how bad he is at motorbike racing :rotfl:
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
  • I'm back, had a lovely meal & now feel very full. My ankle has been hurting for a few days, don't remember twisting it or anything but today it has been agony so I'm trying to rest it while I catch up with comps.
2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please

Just checked my calendar for next week and cannot believe all the stuff I need to do.

    Tues afternoon dd3 easter play
Wed morning school easter service at church
Wed afternoon easter egg hunt at school - great fun hiding the eggs for the kids
Thurs afternoon easter fair at school - our knitting group has knitted 90 chicks and they have eggs in to sell. Think I have the tombola stall this year.
Fri morning - knitting group and deciding what we need to knit for the next fair.

Might be able to fit some housework and comping in between lol
