Gemma, Why did you stay with AOL when they have been so awful? I have changed them when I moved home and made it my business to tell them what I thought of their customer services :mad:

my brother has always warned me not to go near aol so i havent, best leaving gemma if thats how they treat their customers, hope you get something sorted xx

Glad you guys think I'm neat. I suppose I am quite a tidy organised person. It's when I'm not I panic which I know is silly but if it keeps me sane so that's how I am!

Like the others say gemma I would def leave aol - not only is their customer service rubbish but their software takes over your puter! Hope you get it sorted. Think nice thoughts when you phone back to cancel - don't let them get you wound up, it's not worth it.
