    cathy j - mine does that now & again i take it off the table & put it on arm of sofa so the fan is competely uncovered - it soon cools down imho

    thanks toni but the only place i've managed to get that on her without her throwing a full on head banging tantrum is under her nappy ...( she thinks its nappy cream)

    I'm off to read some more of confessions of a shopaholic then get some sleep before I'm back at work again in the morning after my week off :mad:

    had an ok day, OH got us lost en route to my brothers (if your going to sunderland and there's a turn off saying sunderland and one saying chester-le-street which one would you take :rolleyes: :rotfl:) so my brother was grumpy when we arrived 30 minutes late :rotfl: then he'd made sausage casserole which i don't like :rolleyes: but my jamie oliver cake went down a storm :D and my mam loved all her pressies off me :T

    only watched him give the first 2 cheques to that couple and then DD woke up screaming in pain its the spots around her nappy area are the worst and now she has this cough which is quite flegmy and where she is crying it chokes her and then coz she doesnt know how to cough stuff up she swallows it and then is sick and bring it all up again... how can i clear her nose and chest?? is it a steamy room?? coz i can run the shower on max in the bathroom to make a mini steam room ???

    Evening everyone, hope you've all had a realatively relaxing day. Steam from the shower room is a great way of helping with breathing Cmcconnell, if you've got something mentholated too like Olbas oil is even better but read the labels carefully they shouldn't be put directly onto sensitive skin.
    I've also tried raising the matress up at the head end as that minimises fluid build up and results in less congestion.
    I hope this helps.
