pms - my mum left us as well when we were kids, my younger sis was only 5 & my bro 7, i was 10, never seen her since, my dad looked after us till i was old enough to help bring bro & sis up, sadly my dad passed away 9 yrs ago, so i understand how you feel xx

Thanks cathy - yeah i did it was good to get out - the dr says as it is my birthday next week to get used to going out as she said she isn't having me sat in on my birthday - she was great - she said if anyone from work sees me not to worry as she will write them a letter and let them know she has told me too otherwise i would be clinically depressed on top of everything else - she has been amazing xxxxx

Thanks everyone - it was good to get out - but i was exhausted!!!! Slept like a baby last night which is the first time i have slept right through the night since jan xxxxxx
