It's so lovely outside! Just got back from my last long run before the Lincoln 10k next Sunday - did it in 1 hour 7 mins which is equal to my time last year so hoping a few days rest for my legs and I can beat that! Logging off now as off to see the inlaws for the rest of the day. Might get on again later this evening when we're back.

How awful about Jade, at least she hung on til this morning for her boys to see her last Mother's Day with them. RIP Jade xxxxxxx

My girls got my some lovely Body Shop smellies & a plant from DD's pocket money so I'm really chuffed with them both being so thoughful, oh and a little card with a mobile charm attached.

Hopefully going to do lots of comps today whilst DH takes care of the girls LOL xxx

We had the most amazing fantastic wonderful day yesterday. Definitely my best win ever. OMG loved it loved it loved it !! words just cannot describe. And better still, we won, against Chelsea, Absolutely brilliant !! Just put pics on facebook. Put my fashion show ones on too finally !! Am loving this VIP malarky could definitely get used to it lol !!!

Need to win something else now !!

Hope everyone is well, I need to catch up comping now cos I didnt get many done yesterday at all !!

The thing about Jade has really struck me today xx
She died on Mothers day, how many mothers has she saved? xxx
I'll admit i shed a few tears for the sadness of it all, her young demise, her sons growing up without her xxx bless xxx

Its so so sad. Makes you count your blessings really. I gave my boys a really tight hug this morning while blinking back the tears. She was 3 years younger than me with 2 boys herself. I had CIN3 abnormal cells detected in 2001 and had to have treatment for it. I had the all clear eventually in 2004 after several normal smears and so lately had lapsed in having them done thinking it wouldnt be me again. I even ignored 2 reminder letters for having it done. Jade story made me kick my butt into gear though so I had a smear done a couple of weeks ago. Just waiting on the results now. I think Jade has done a lot to help raise awareness of this frightning disease that can so easily be treated if its detected early enough. For the sake of my kids I will not ignore a smear test reminder letter ever again!

I am waiting on my results too at the moment claire.
Hopefully they will be home this week but nurse did say it can be 2 - 6 weeks for results but all worth the discomfort.

Afternoon, all,I would like to join T with her last card and wishes to mothers that is loveley.
Made me mum one of those paint your own mugs from Asdas she was chuffed, I was well happy, Our kids just been up for Debi, they are good kids, and like Diva said I going to hug them a lot more often.
Anyway sun is shining, going to have an afternoon of mothers day football:rotfl: :cool:
